Hi, I’m Anne

I’m a UK-based American psychotherapist, an EMDR therapist, pain reprocessing therapist, a certified yoga instructor, Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator, and a breathwork facilitator. I’m also just a human, like you, trying to do my best in a difficult world.

I offer psychotherapy in Brighton, as well as online therapy sessions for clients around the world. I specialize in trauma, immigration, LGBTQIA+ support, and mind-body connection but work with a variety of needs.
