Breathwork

Our breath is one of the most incredible tools we have. When we’re able to harness the power of our breath, it can have incredibly healing effects on our bodies and minds. Breathwork can help to re-establish safety in the body, regulate the nervous system, support recovery from anxiety and depression, support better sleep and recovery, and help us perform better as artists, athletes, speakers, and humans just trying to function a bit better.

I weave the use of breathwork through all my practices, however many types of breathwork can be a standalone practice.

Types of Breathwork I Offer

Conscious Connected Breathing

Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a style of breathwork that uses an active inhale and a passive exhale to bring the practitioner into a meditative state which supports exploration and healing, stress and anxiety relief, and immune and nervous system health. Through activating the sympathetic nervous system, CCB can help to shift stuck feelings, uncover deeper self-understanding, and reinvigorate the body.

Coming Soon! Oxygen Advantage
